What the calculator does
You enter the balance, rate, remaining term, and any extra payment. The figures stay in your browser. Overpay keeps the contractual monthly payment the same, so overpayments shorten the term rather than lowering the instalment. Results are an illustration, not a lender quote or financial advice.
